Whitestore - data backup and restore

Before you join Whitestore service you should read this license agreement first. Based on the license agreement approval you as an individual or company are authorized to use Whitestore service. This license agreement governs the legal relations between you and Whitesoft, s.r.o. company and it is legally enforceable.

By option “I accept the agreement” you express your free will to take all of the license conditions and also represent that you are qualified and authorized to such acts. In case of your discordant opinion choose “I do not accept the agreement”.

By option “I accept the agreement” you grant Whitesoft, s.r.o. company to add you to our Whitestore service customers reference list.

1. Software provided by Whitesoft, s.r.o. is on an “as is” basis with no warranties of any kind and Whitesoft, s.r.o. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use. Whitesoft, s.r.o. further disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Software allows back up of your data on Whitesoft, s.r.o. data storages and its following recovery. Data transfer is carried out via the Internet.
3. Whitesoft, s.r.o. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software provided by Whitesoft, s.r.o. Redistribution of programs owned by Whitesoft, s.r.o., unless explicitly granted by Whitesoft, s.r.o., is strictly prohibited.
4. All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, is the property of Whitesoft, s.r.o. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Any attempt of reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of programs, unless it is explicitly permitted, is prohibited by law.
5. Whitesoft, s.r.o. may send notices to you via either e-mail or regular post. Whitesoft, s.r.o. may also provide notices of changes to the terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the services provided by Whitesoft, s.r.o.
6. While it is not Whitesoft, s.r.o. intent to monitor your online communications, Whitesoft, s.r.o. reserves the right to edit or remove content that we become aware of and determine to be harmful or offensive to the general public. Termination or suspension of your account may be resulted as a consequence to the violation of this rule.
7. The integrity of this system relies on proper use of e-mail as a message passing media. Use of the e-mail system, directly or indirect as a spamming tool, or other than it is intended, is prohibited.
8. Contact e-mail entered by you will be used for sending information in canceled backup procedures, terminating validity of free license, reaching limit of contracted capacity, etc.
9. Whitesoft, s.r.o. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
10. You are expected not to use the services provided by Whitesoft, s.r.o. for any unlawful activities not otherwise covered above, including but not limited to, attempting to compromise the security of any networked account, a site or a country. Appropriate legal procedures will be pursued when Whitesoft, s.r.o. is aware of any of these activities.
11. Whitesoft, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of backup data, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if Whitesoft, s.r.o. or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
12. Users are the ones who have the knowledge of their encrypting keys. They have the sole responsibility to make sure their encrypting keys are kept in a safe and secure place. Whitesoft, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any damages (including damages for not able to restore backup data or the disclosure of confidential information) resulting from loss/corruption/compromise of this key.
13. Specific parameters of service are described in “General Terms”.
14. This License Agreement is effective by the date of its approval and can be modified only in writing, in the form of numbered amendments signed by both parties.
